  • Absolutely! Whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced lifter, I've got your back. I love working with beginners because we can build a solid foundation right from the start. We'll focus on proper technique, build your strength, and boost your confidence. Trust me, you're never "too new" to start doing things right.

  • You bet! From choosing attempts to managing those competition day nerves, I've got you covered. Fun fact: I've never had a client bomb out at a meet. Never.

  • For £119 a month, you get personalised programming, daily access to me (Monday to Friday), weekly check-ins, video analysis, mental game coaching, nutrition guidance, injury prevention strategies, and unlimited feedback.

  • I'm here for you Monday to Friday for in-depth technique assistance, and Saturday / Sunday for quick feedback, memes, and gym wins. You'll get daily check-ins, unlimited technique feedback, and I'm always just a message away if you need a form check or a pep talk. We'll also have a proper check-in every week to make sure we're on track.

  • That's going to depend on you - your goals, your recovery ability, and your schedule. Typically, I program 3-4 sessions a week, lasting about 60-90 minutes each. But here's the thing - I'm all about smart training, not just grinding for the sake of it. We'll find what works best for you.

  • Of course! I'm the same way - I love mountain biking and getting out in nature. We'll structure your training so you can enjoy all your fitness pursuits.

  • While I mainly coach online, I do offer competition day coaching when I can. I'll be there to support you when it really counts. But if you’re concerned you need a certain level support, get in touch and let’s talk.
